House & Property

The house is situated on over 2 acres in the center of Round Pond Village. The gardens have been lovingly maintained and are full of blooms all spring and summer. The small orchard in the backyard includes several fruit tree varietals as well as grapes. The yard is ready-made for a game of croquet, corn hole, or hide and seek!

First Floor & Kitchen

So much space in this 1830s former hotel! With the recent addition of the family room and a new kitchen, you will instantly feel right at home. The antique farm table in the kitchen is perfect for lingering to enjoy that second cup of coffee while contemplating the day.

Second Floor & Rooms

My favorite spot is the window seat overlooking the gardens in the front yard with views to the harbor. The Prentice Suite includes a king size bed and a bonus room for an extra person or to enjoy yourself! The Foster Suite is lovely with a queen size bed.

Third Floor & Rooms

There are three bedrooms on the third floor – the Monhegan Suite has two twin beds and a nice overview of the front gardens and the harbor through the beautiful old maple. There is a bonus room with another twin bed at the top of the stairs which overlooks the backyard and gardens. The Chamberlain Suite has a king size bed and terrific views with a spacious sitting area.
